Modern ecology movement, green earth utopia, targeted so-called fossil fuels as a major contributor destroying earth. It was further demonized in Climate Change models by contributing carbon dioxide (CO2) which supposedly abnormally warmed the earth leading to catastrophic death of Man and the environment. We have a serious problem as fossil fuels provide the energy to power industry that lifted Man from slavery to Middle Class as never before in history. In fact, petrochemicals are the basis for nearly every aspect of modern life and health. Since the 1960s people have been sounding the alarm that we are selfishly using up a non-renewable resource to leave future generations to shiver and die in the misery and cold because of our selfishness. But, is their basic assumption correct? Are petrochemicals derived from fossil fuels? Are these resources nonrenewable and thus limited? What is the science? Jean Jacques Rousseau is embraced as the Father of the French Revolution; in truth, he is the Father of the Never Ending Revolution. Much of my material comes from the Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy, Internet Encyclopedia of Philosophy and a discussion between Tom Woods and Professor Jared Casey who authored, Freedom’s Progress? {The Totalitarian Jean Jacques Rousseau. Tom Woods Show.}. The vast changes occurring in Western cultures, especially America, are not random but flow directly from Rousseau’s disjointed and confused ramblings embraced as philosophy. Within eleven years of his death the French Revolution occurred based primarily upon his ramblings and it has never ended though it has hidden away only to arise in various forms from time to time: Soviet or Lenin’s Revolution, Marcuse’s Liberation Movement philosophy and Postmodernism. Recently I became aware of NASA’s Global Climate Change blog. I grew up in the early days of space exploration with NASA being the epitome of science: pure and applied. However, we should not and cannot forget that NASA is a government agency and that for the greater portion of the 20th century government has been slowly Controlling scientific research via funding. This means that government only funds those projects that it believes will support its agenda. The Space Race was not about putting people on the Moon; that was for public consumption and support. The Space Race was about weaponizing space for intelligence and war since the days of Sputnik {How Did Sputnik Affect the Cold War? Find Any Answer.}. NASA was born in those early days and its basic agenda has not changed: Intelligence and War. This is the reality of government and Space and Science: Control. Science is a defined as a methodology of unbiased investigation to obtain facts to understand the subject under study. Since the French Revolution Science, or Reason, has been touted as the only means to understand the world apart from religion which is non-science; which is true. This implies that Science will give actual facts making it more reliable than faith which is subject to interpretation and manipulation. The modern Food Pyramid promoted by U.S. Department of Agriculture {MyPyramid} is the shining example of science that is not science but faith making is a scientism; a scientism actually backed and promoted by a religion: Seventh Day Adventist Church (SDA). God, through Paul, shows the fallacy and progression of Man’s Reason apart from His Truth (Ro 1:17-32). Embracing the Fire of Life

Man has always sought a solution for the physical manifestation of sin; i.e., illness. The Greek word for moral weakness can also refer to illness and disabilities {ἀσθενής; asthenēs}. Christ debunked the myth that illness, disabilities or even death were the direct result of one’s special sinfulness (Jo 9:1-7). Christ was constantly healing those He encountered demonstrating the link between illness and sin (Mt 9:1-8). It was a mark of His compassion and grace inherent in the coming New Covenant salvation. The development of healthcare grew out of Christians imitating the mercy of Christ toward those sick and injured. During the Enlightenment, man applied logic and scientific methodology to discover the cause and relief of illnesses which culminated in the Golden Age of Medicine in the mid 20th century. However, even in this golden age the forces of ignorance were counterattacking in the form of scientisms {Public Discourse. The Journal of the Witherspoon Institute. Near the beginning of the 19th century, Mary Shelly wrote a novel that began the horror and science fiction genre of literature; that novel was titled: Frankenstein. It began as a contest But evolved into a novel of immense importance. It gathered the swirling currents of curiosity concerning the relationship between electricity and life, between the dividing line between life and death. Whereas science is limited to empiricism, measurability and repeatability, scientism knows no boundaries. Spurred on by popular media, scientism enters the realm of popular acceptance and then begins to replace science as a mode of investigation into God’s Creation. In other words, scientism is the mechanism that replaces the God of Creation with the merging of science, fantasy and blasphemy to produce a type of patch-work beliefs not unlike the Prometheus monster in Mary Shelly’s novel. Several months ago I ran across Ivor Cummins {The Fat Emperor} on YouTube. His information intrigued me and I searched about for verification which I found: Diet Doctor and Dr. Bret Scher, board certified cardiologist. Ivor Cummins kept stressing something called the Coronary Artery  Calcium Scan (CAC) for those over 50 with serval risk factors. I had to talk my primary care physician into ordering the CAC and pay for it since no one in America will cover the costs ($120 in my case). Scores range between 0-400, usually; however, my score was nearly 1300! I was not surprised given my father’s early history of recurring angina. I was going to need some help.

Difference Between Hell and Lake of Fire

It is claims like this that appear to give Christians a deserved reputation for ignorance and superstition when compared to the settled facts of science that have contributed so much to modern innovation. Yet, as I have shown in several preceding posts (Science of Lies) science is not settled nor so obvious as even the definition of science states. Science only hypothesizes making no claim to settled fact despite what the news media and politicians may claim.
