Bills of Rights Fallacies that Enslave You

U.S. Bill of Rights

Bills of Rights Fallacies that Enslave You;
Bills of Rights
Limit Your So-Called Human Rights

The delegates called together to fix the Articles of Confederation ignored their mandate and illegally committed a bloodless coup d’état which today is known as the Constitution. However despite the propaganda efforts of Madison and Hamilton, Federalist Papers, States would not accept the new government without amendments that would further limit government power over the individual; this became known as The Bill of Rights. The Constitution with the attached Bill of Rights had the appearance of limiting government without limiting individuals. However, Hamilton and his constituency placed three clauses later used to undermine government limitations via the Supreme Court and later the Executive Branch {Dilorenze, T. Hamilton’s Curse. Three Rivers Press. New York. 2008.}. Abraham Lincoln basically suspended these Rights during his Civil War and was still praised as saving the Union! He proved the dictum, “What the government giveth, the government taketh away {Apologies to Job} (Job 1:21; 2:10)!”

Americans did not invent the concept of rights or even an enumeration of said rights; they inherited this from Great Britain. Americans mistakenly believe the Magna Carta began the process of preserving individual rights against government overreach; however, nothing could be further from the truth. The Magna Carta only defined the rights of Barons, nobility, in relation to the Crown and had no application to the masses. Later, the British Bill of Rights (1689) merely changed the focus of enumerated rights from the lesser nobility to Parliament; individual rights were slightly expanded, with the consent of Parliament {government}. However, perceptions prove more enduring than fact and the perception of America’s Bill of Rights was no exception.

Propaganda Based on Rights

Locke’s Philosophy Popular Justification Even by
Governments Based on Limited or No Rights

The Marquis de Lafayette, who fought in the American Revolution, was instrumental in drafting a French Bill of Rights to guide the French Revolution. This became known as the Declaration of the Rights Man and the Citizen. As noble as Lafayette’s intentions may have been, and he received guidance from Thomas Jefferson, the French Revolution was born from a different philosophic line of reasoning than the American Revolution, at its inception any way. The French Revolution was birthed from Rousseau’s General Will philosophy which postulated the invisible will of the people, as interpreted by the government, above the desires of the individual {See Articles 3 and 6}. Hence, the appeal to Lockean natural rights became merely propaganda to elicit the consent of the people to government Control under the auspices of the General Will. Napoleon developed his own legal code, Napoleonic Code, which appeared to give the individual rights while retaining government as the source of any rights and thus the arbiter of what those rights might be and if they might be.

France's Declaration of Human Rights

French Declaration of Rights is the Template of
Socialism’s {U.N.} Human Rights Declarations

The reason this is important its that Nationalism and Socialism grew out of the French Revolution {How Nationalism and Socialism Arose from the French Revolution. FEE Stories.}. Marx, adapting Hegelian philosophy through an empirical lens, developed a communistic socialism that was adamantly opposed to national socialism. This became glaringly apparent during World War I (WWI) when workers of all participants chose nationalism over internationalism; the sovereign over the shilling {dollar, mark, etc.}. In plain terms, when people were given the liberty, under the proper propagandistic guidance, they willingly chose to die for equality and fraternity; national socialism! But, national socialism was not the final goal; it was a step toward the final goal. However, there had to be a distinction between national socialism and empirical socialism which failed and threaten to derail the final goal.

After WWI, socialists recognized the failure of empirical, Marxist, socialism and began redefining socialism and how to best implement it globally. The efforts of Gramsci, the Frankfurt School {Critical Theory} and Fabian Society are well known and spawned such groups as the Club of Rome and Open Society Foundation, World Economic Foundation (WEF) and many others. However, another leader, Benito Mussolini, delineated the difference between national socialism and empirical socialism under the label of fascism. Mussolini intelligently realized that national socialism was the antithesis to Marx’s failed empirical socialism. His writings predated nearly all the above reinterpreters of socialism. His writings caught the eye of Hitler who based his government on this form of socialism, with his own caveats. However, though supported by the Bank for International Settlements (BIS), he became uncontrollable. WWII was literally a war of three socialism variants for Control: Germany’s national socialism fascism; Soviet Union’s Marxist workers socialism and Rhodes Inner Circle democracies {national socialisms or hidden fascisms} {Doherty G. & Macgregor, J. Hidden History: The Secret Origins of the First World War. Mainstream Publishing. Edinburgh, Great Britain. 2013}. After two wars the democratic national socialisms became dominant led by America masquerading behind its Bill of Rights.

These democracies instituted the United Nations, ostensibly to prevent war but one of its first actions was to instigate war in Korea against a Marxist communistic government. The various parties followed the French Declaration of Man to develop the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights. This document sounds very appealing until one reaches Article 29 (3): “These rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.” This paragraph is essentially Rousseau’s General Will clause which supersedes everything else making this declaration essentially a propaganda document and worthless. Yet, it has become the template for the proliferation of rightsput forth by the new socialism; think, old fascism. Following the Fabian motto of disguise until the opportune moment and then strike hard, these collective groups are now revealing themselves through the WEF led by Klaus Schwab. Fronting for the BIS central bank of central banks, he is preparing You for his Great Reset, implementation of globalized socialism {fascism} which You will embrace in order to eat and survive.

Glimpse into What the Great Reset Actually Means;
Rousseau’s General Will: And, You WILL be Happy

The Christian is sucked up into these fallacies because of the fallacious guise of natural rights; God given. However, if God gave these rights to all people we should be able to find them listed in the Bible in some form; after all, God did say, “Come now let us reason together…” (Isa 1:18). But, an even more fundamental question is how can a people in rebellion against God appeal to God for their rights? Bible clearly shows that sinners, all peoples, reject God and His truth substituting their own philosophies which are lies (Ps 51:5; Ro 1:18-28; 3:10-18). Majority of clarion calls for truth merely echo the coming Control of Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDC); which are true and integral to the Great Reset. However, they cannot see the true goal is elimination of the Gospel and its adherents so only Satan will be worshipped through his Transhuman representation (Re 12:7; Re 13). Satan is the father of lies and murder {Anger to Violence to Death} (Jn 8:44).

Most people will reject the Truth preferring to follow their myths rather than God’s truth (2Ti 3:1-5; 4:3-4). Those who remain ignorant of God’s word will become ensnared unable to recognize the propaganda (He 5:11-14). The truth of modern man’s rights’ declarations is their results: increasing violence and degradations legalized as human rights though such rights prey on the weak and helpless there were supposed to protect. In this respect they mimic their father Cain, given by God, who killed Abel, the worthless one, out of unremitting anger and covetousness rather than protecting him (Ge 4:3-10). Christians must realize the truth and remain firmly entrenched in the Bible and preach the Gospel in these evil days (2Ti 3:16-17). Christ warned that there would be few faith in these last days; the flesh is indeed weak (Mt 24:9-14; Mk 14:37-38).
