Bills of Rights Fallacies that Enslave You

U.S. Bill of Rights

Bills of Rights Fallacies that Enslave You;
Bills of Rights
Limit Your So-Called Human Rights

The delegates called together to fix the Articles of Confederation ignored their mandate and illegally committed a bloodless coup d’état which today is known as the Constitution. However despite the propaganda efforts of Madison and Hamilton, Federalist Papers, States would not accept the new government without amendments that would further limit government power over the individual; this became known as The Bill of Rights. The Constitution with the attached Bill of Rights had the appearance of limiting government without limiting individuals. However, Hamilton and his constituency placed three clauses later used to undermine government limitations via the Supreme Court and later the Executive Branch {Dilorenze, T. Hamilton’s Curse. Three Rivers Press. New York. 2008.}. Abraham Lincoln basically suspended these Rights during his Civil War and was still praised as saving the Union! He proved the dictum, “What the government giveth, the government taketh away {Apologies to Job} (Job 1:21; 2:10)!” Continue reading “Bills of Rights Fallacies that Enslave You”

Is Constitution a Piece of Paper?

Either Constitution has inherent authority or it does not

Law of Excluded Middle: Either the
Constitution Does or Does Not Work

Is Constitution a piece of paper? Every school child has been taught that the Constitution is inviolate. Nearly every president, Congress and Supreme Court has determined that the Constitution is anything but inviolate! The modern debate vacillates between these two extremes. As Lysander Spooner aptly pointed out, either the Constitution is the source of our government or it is simply a template without power except as given to it by its current interpreters. There are no other options, this is the Law of Excluded Middle. One is either saved or one is lost, there is no other option in the Bible would be another example of this law. But, we must satisfy the Law of Identity; that is, we must define our word Constitution and look at its historical source through the eyes of those who wrote the document.

Death of Due Process

Due Process is Presumption of
Innocence Until Proven Guilty

A bit of America died when George Floyd died on camera. The camera was not the instrument of death but it was the lens which focused self-righteous rage regardless of facts or context. The murderers were reporters from left and right and middle as well as every citizen who chose a position before due process could ascertain both the facts and the context of those facts to determine if those four men were culpable. Suddenly everyone became omniscient and knew these policemen determined to kill this man on camera in front of a crowd! I do not know who is more stupid; those policemen or all who believed these men actually killed Mr. Floyd on camera! Continue reading “Death of Due Process”

Remembering the Victims, Honoring God

A concept image of liberty showing a pistol and rifle with the constitution booklet on the American flag,

Another Mass Slaughter
Another Cry for Political Action
Another Opportunity to Use the Victims

News came today about the mass murder in Orlando, FL, at the Pulse Club, a club frequented by gays. The shooter has been tentatively identified as Omar Mateen, with possible extremist Islamic leanings. The President has been briefed and will be continually updated. Unfortunately, this heading has become all too common, all too often. Continue reading “Remembering the Victims, Honoring God”

Indoctrination or Natural Rights Fallacy

John Locke

John Locke: Author of Natural Rights

My previous posts on Indoctrination have brought us to the discussion of natural rights which John Locke defended and Thomas Jefferson included in America’s Declaration of Independence. Having said this I believe I need to warn you of this very familiar observation. What one learns first and/or during one’s formative periods tends to become engrained in the bedrock of one’s mind.
