Propaganda: Bias of Perspective

Mr. D’Souza’s Excellent Book Reveals
One “Big” Lie While Hiding Another – Bias

I thoroughly enjoyed most of The Big Lie by Mr. Dinesh D’Souza as he uses history to clarify the positions of the Democratic Party of the 19th century and how they developed into Progressivism and then Fascism in the 20th century. I explored these issues in my last post, Lies of the Political Spectrum. Continue reading “Propaganda: Bias of Perspective”

Government: One Body for All

Sinisterism: Defining Man’s
One Body Imitation of Christ

Continuing our discussion of socialism from last week (Government Without Socialism?) we need to understand the context of current events or we lose any sense of the big picture and simply run from one “crisis” to another. Since Lucifer is not the author of anything new we need to understand what he is attempting to copy in order to understand seemingly unrelated events and forces at work today. Continue reading “Government: One Body for All”

Government Without Socialism?

Rousseau’s Social Contract
Direct Pathway to Socialism

The father of the French Revolution, Jean-Jacques Rousseau, framed his argument as a social compact (contract in today’s language) between government and its citizens. However, he usually violated Aristotle’s First Law of Logic  (Law of Identity) by not defining his terms; a common problem amongst politicians even today. It’s easier to have the listener define the terms, usually incorrectly, leaving the speaker free to commit the logical fallacy of reification (changing definitions as convenient to his (her) argument. The Government We Deserve

International Best Seller Defining
Utopia of Military Socialism

Government is a true religion: it has its dogmas, its mysteries, its priests. To submit it to the individual discussion is to destroy it; it is given life only through the national mind, that is to say, by political faith, which is a creed” {Joseph de Maistre}. On this Memorial Day when Americans claim to mourn those who gave their lives defending America it is only fitting that we who are alive clearly understand what this holiday really means. Fascism: Early Weapon Against Communism

Fascism Links to Roman Fasces
For Legitimacy and Authority

Fascism! Fascist! Racist! These pejoratives are screamed out as proof of the illegitimacy of those in power by those who are currently not in power. Yet, no one seems to have any understanding of what fascism actually was, and is, and why did fascism become such an epithet for hatred. Continue reading “Fascism: Early Weapon Against Communism”

Purpose of Government – Be As God

fdr-2nd-bill-of-rights

Franklin Delano Roosevelt (FDR)
Single-Handedly Rewrote the Constitution

Just as Lincoln redefined the Constitution in a short speak given at the end of several long speeches, FDR redefined the Bill of Rights during his 1944 State of the Union address presented directly to the American people via a radio “fireside chat”. Enslavement at the Political Springs of Meribah

US Hat Money Fountain

America’s Spring of Meribah

The Hebrew people were slaves in Egypt for some significant time when God led them out of Egyptian slavery into the wilderness. Of the many things He would teach them in the wilderness, the earliest lessons involved the recognition that they were not worshiping Him but a god of their own choosing, a god who would meet their every whim, their every desire, without any responsibility or work on their part. In other words, they still had the slave mentality. The waters of Meribah, quarreling or rebellion, showed them, and us, that man really seeks a “santy claus” as god. Are we any different today? Continue reading “Enslavement at the Political Springs of Meribah”

Who Are You Voting For? A Savior?

The American Savior: The President

I have heard the same rhetoric in American presidential politics for forty years. The only thing that changes is the crisis that requires Americans to vote for the “right” candidate so we are not destroyed outwardly or inwardly. We only need the right person to guide us into the Millennial Age of peace and plenty. So, I ask the Christian, “Who are you voting for?” “A savior?” Continue reading “Who Are You Voting For? A Savior?”
